Dr Bing Huang

Dr Bing Huang received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2017. Bing joined Zhang Laboratory as a post doctorate fellow in May 2017. He focuses on common pathogenic and therapeutic pathways in pediatric-onset colitis and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by using molecular biology and biochemistry. He now studies how fibroblasts and epithelial cells affect pediatric-onset colitis and IBD. The other research interests are how monogenic variant leads to the very early onset-IBD.
