Tingting Chen completed her PhD at Southern Medical University in 2023. Afterward, she joined the Zhang Laboratory at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center. During her PhD training, she discovered that the autophagic degradation of extracellular vesicles in liver sinusoidal endothelial cells leads to the activation of hepatic stellate cells, providing valuable insights into the mechanism of liver fibrosis. Currently, her research is primarily focused on the pathogenesis of Biliary Atresia and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
