Shanmeizi Zhao obtained her bachelor's degree from Guangdong Medical University in 2013, followed by 4 years working as an embryologist at Reproductive Medicine Center of Dongguan Kanghua Hospital. She got the license of human assisted reproductive technology after three months of training in National Assisted Reproduction Training Base in 2014. She acquied the Medical practitioner's Qualification Certificate (in 2017), and the Technical Intermediated title (in 2019).
